• Prepare Pre-tender estimate base on priced bill of Quantity

• Assist of contractor monthly evaluation of claim
• Issue certificate of payment to contractor

Project Management Services

• Owner representative to tender out consultants for design (structural, architectural, MEP, interior, landscape, lighting designer)
• Coordinate with all consultants for drawing provided, from prelimanary, development and tender drawings
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyor for specification, checking of quantity and scope of work
• Do value engineering together with Quantity surveyor
• Preparing schedule for design stage, tender stage and construction stage
• Involving during tender process until awarded of contractors
• Checking contract document with Quantity surveyor and employer

Construction Management Services

• Coordinate with contractor for master time schedule
• Coordinate between contractor and all consultants
• Checking and update progress base on S-curve every week
• Providing weekly report to employer
• To check all shop drawing from contractors
• To do defect list with contractors
• To prepare first hand over document after project complete
• To prepare second handover document after maintenance perioed is over
